'Friday Morning' Artist: Graham Kay Signed edition print Giclee Open Edition Print Graham Kay is a self-taught artist living in Wirral. He paints a variety of subjects but has a particular liking for townscapes. Buildings and streets, he feels, echo the lives and times of countless people we have never known. They are teeming with human experiences in a way that landscapes can not be. For all the attractions of Venice or Chester, which he loves to paint, he finds nothing more evocative than the Liverpool of the fifties. His aim is to share with many others the memories and atmospheres of a great city and an era which has gone. His original paintings are held in many private collections while his Liverpool prints inevitably find their way into every part of the world.
